A vital ingredient in the creation of Cleanrooms, Wall panels form a substantial part of our product offerings. ICLEAN wall panels are manufactured in standard sizes and can also be customized depending on the requirement.

• 0.8mm thick skin pass GI sheets, duly powder-coated, fastened to extruded aluminium / GI profiles.
• Fire retardant PUF as In-Fill (Other In-Fill options available on request)
• Factory- made cutouts for integration with Pass boxes, Autoclaves etc.
• Factory –made cutouts for in-built power sockets and Magnehelic manometers

Walkable Ceiling Systems

A perfect ceiling makes a perfect Cleanroom, Iclean Ceiling Systems are designed to fit every requirement and adhere to stringent Quality Standards that fit in seamlessly with the rest of the room paneling. The Ceiling Panels are fastened to profile that are placed on a particle-tight extruded aluminium grid matrix with caulked silicone sealant. Specifications

Ceiling Suspensions

Ceiling Suspensions are corrosion resistant, light-weight and strong, which make them ideal for Cleanroom applications. Iclean Ceiling Suspensions have strut profiles that are anchored as support structure for positioning hook-up rods. IClean ceiling Grids are perfectly suited for HEPA filter modules and Cleanroom Light Fixtures. Iclean Offers Class 100 ceiling grids for fixing HEPA filters and Tear Drop Light Fixtures.

Door Systems
