Water Shower is used for personnel decontamination to remove hazardous pharmaceutical particles and prevent cross-contamination in cleanroom and containment areas.

The Water Shower unit shall be of SS construction with double-walled structure and smooth finish. The doors shall be equipped with inflatable gasket / mechanical sealing arrangement creating a leak-proof barrier to prevent air leakage and cross-contamination, double-glazed viewing panels, and door closers.

The unit shall be provided with SS hardware, electro-magnetic door interlocking system, SS flooring with drain provision, and internal IP-rated electrical System. The unit shall be equipped with emergency stop button, towel rack, overhead shower, automatic soap dispenser, and provision for garment handling.

The unit shall be fully automated through PLC-based control with HMI interface for user-friendly operation. The complete system shall be supplied with all necessary piping, cabling, and associated accessories for proper and efficient operation.
